Estimated Order Lead Time: All items for corporate sales are on indent basis, order leadtime is approximately 2 - 3 months. Payment Method For Local Orders: For international orders, please see this link for international sales
For orders totalling less than S$100, full payment must be paid as confirmation of your order. For orders of $100 and above, we require 50% payment as confirmation of your order. Once we receive your 50% payment, we will email acknowledgement to you and will consider your order as confirmed. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. The remaining 50% payment is due upon collection of your order from the Store, which must be paid personally at the Store by cash or nets. If you wish to pay by cheque or internet banking for the remaining 50% payment, we must receive your payment before collection. Once payment is received, we will inform you via email and will release your order.
We accept the following modes of payment:
1) Pay by cash or nets: Our Store accepts both cash and nets if you wish to make payment personally. 2) Pay by Mail: Simply mail your cheque with your name, telephone number, email address and the purpose of the payment to The Bake It Yourself Store, 182 Bukit Timah Road, Ground Floor, Singapore 229853. Cheques should be made payable to B-I-Y Pte Ltd. Please allow at least 3 working days lead time to your cheque to reach us. We will contact you once we receive your cheque. If you do not hear from us by the 5th day, please call the Store at 6-100-BAKE (2253). Please write your name, contact number and invoice number at the back of your cheque. 3) Pay by e Banking / Direct Bank-In: "e Banking / Direct Bank-In" here is defined as direct transfer of payment between two Singapore banks. This mode of payment is only applicable for customers with a Singapore bank account. If you do not have a Singapore bank account, please see the third mode of payment below: "Telegraphic Transfer". Kindly do not select the "e Banking / Direct Bank-In" mode of payment if your bank account is not a Singapore bank account. If you have any queries regarding this, kindly clarify with your bank before confirming your transfer. You may transfer payment from your Singapore bank account directly to our UOB account #130-313-928-7, Bank Code: 7375, Branch Code: 030. It is of utmost importance that you identify yourself by putting in your name in the transaction. Unidentified payments will not be entertained and we cannot refund such payments as the bank is unable to identify the payee. After your have made your transfer, please fax (at +65 65127755) or email the bank confirmation slip to us at sales@b-i-y.com (for sales related payments) or class@b-i-y.com (for class fee payments) , indicating your name, contact number, email address and the purpose of the payment. Please allow at least 3 working days for your payment to be transfered to us. We will contact you once we receive your payment. If you do not hear from us by the 5th day, please email us. Please do not call the Store to enquire as store personnel will not be aware of your payments via internet banking. Kindly also note that there may be nominal bank charges (around S$2.00) for such a mode of payment if your bank account is not UOB. Food Products: All products are not guaranteed or insured against weather related or transportation damage. For fragile items, we recommend that you order more than actually required in case of breakage.
Order Cancellations Or Changes: Once we have received your first payment as order confirmation, no cancellations or order changes will be allowed. There will be no refund for your 50% payment as we would have already proceeded with confirming our order to our supplier on your behalf and will therefore be unable to stop production without forfeit.
Order collection: We do not provide delivery. All orders are self-collect. Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to collect your order at the Store. Please note that we will hold your order for no more than one month from the time your order is ready for collection. If you do not collect by the end of one month, your order will be cancelled. There will be no refund for your 50% payment.
