Basic Cupcake Decorating Course - An Introduction See Photos of Our Students & Their Creations This is a class for beginners to cupcake decorating. At the end of this class, students will be familiar with basic cupcake icing techniques which can be used as a base for creative cupcake decorating. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS STRICTLY A DECORATING CLASS. THIS CLASS DOES NOT COVER BAKING.

Class Details: Fee: S$55 net (no GST) including Decorating Starter Pack Class Duration: 1.5 hours Minimum Class Size: 6 students Pre-requisite: None. This is a class for beginners to decorating.
You will learn: ' fundamentals of handling cupcake decorating equipment, like tips and piping bags ' two common methods of icing a cupcake g Flat Icing g Swirl Icing
(Ready-made buttercream and buttercream recipes will be distributed in class. Our instructor will not be demonstrating how to make buttercream. )
' methods of "dressing up" a cupcake once it's iced g laying on an icing image on a cupcake g using shaped quins g piping simple star borders g fun piping for more creative cupcakes: "funny monster" cupcakes
Students are required to bring the following items for the class: (We recommend that all items brought to class be labeled to prevent loss. We are not responsible for lost items.)
w plastic table liner or towel (at least 20" x 20") w container large and tall enough to carry 4 iced cupcakes to take home after class w a plastic bag to take home used items w a spatula or spreading knife (at least 4" long blade) w a pair of scissors
